What opportunities are available?

The opportunity is in our sales and business development group generating new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline via targeted outbound calling. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. While Vipa Solutions continues to grow, interns will gain valuable “on the job” training. This position will qualify for most college internship degree requirements.

Internship Description

Vipa Solutions has immediate openings for sales and business development interns. Your internship will offer you unique opportunities to be involved in exciting real world projects and work with a talented and experienced business development team. The focus of the internship is on the intern’s professional development—learning new techniques and improving communication, business, and collaboration skills. Each intern will have a mentor and work in a team environment.

Activities will include:

• Outbound sales calls
• Learn about exciting web technology and tools
• Research and build "cold accounts" (This includes adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling etc...)
• Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
• Ability to schedule meetings

Internship Pre-requisites

• Strong interest in exploring new software and computer environments and technologies.
• Current Grade Point Average of 3.4 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Must have completed freshman year
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Ability to effectively learn and communicate

Paid Internship
