Vipa Solutions located in Lincoln NE, has a rewarding sales position in our business development group. Vipa Solutions provides marketing and advertising agencies with industry best practices and proven web technologies to define, implement, and manage world class website projects.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively build customer relationships with clients to ensure prospects turn into customers. Candidates are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self starters.
Beyond financial success, this position also provides an opportunity to make a difference in a client’s business creating a rewarding environment between clients and Vipa Solutions staff.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline via targeted outbound calling
- Create and prioritize strategic account lists
- Research and build "cold accounts" (This includes adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling etc...)
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
- Demonstrate the value of the Vipa Solutions service model
- Ability to schedule meetings
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year University
- 1+ years of previous software sales or relevant experience
- Prior sales prospecting experience a strong plus but not required
- CRM experience a plus (Vipa Solutions utilizes Salesforce SFA 10)
- Demonstrate a strong passion for success as well as strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
